There are many different types of termites. The main type of termite in this part of Texas is the Eastern subterranean termite. This type of termite has to have moisture to survive.  There is also the Formosan subterranean termite which is on its way north.  This termite is a really bad one which will make a nest in your house and do nothing but eat.  The Formosan has been noted as far north as Lumberton.

     We are using Permethrin SFR to control many different types of pests and Termidor SC to control termites and ants.  Termidor is called "today's cloradane".    

     We also conduct pre-treats for the home owner and the commercial contractor.  We do need to be contacted at least 24 hours before the concrete is to be poured.  

     TERMITES

     We offer two inspection programs for the control of termites.  We have a six month inspection contract and a yearly inspection contract.  On the six month inspection contract we will do a general spray for general pests.  On a yearly inspection contract we will not spray unless contacted by the customer to do so.  This will result in an extra fee to be added at the time of the inspection.

     FLEAS 

       A flea job consists of two trips.  We will spray inside and out.  Inside we will spray all flooring and furniture.  On the outside we spray at least 50 ft from the dwelling.  The first trip we will kill the fleas that are alive and the chemical will make the flea eggs hatch.  On the second trip we will kill the fleas that have hatched out since the first trip.  We cannot guarantee outside but we do guarantee the inside for 30 days after the second spraying.   

     TICKS

     For ticks we do the same as for fleas except we do not need to make two trips.

     AMERICAN ROACHES (Water Bugs)

     This consists of spraying around all bushes around the dwelling and also the        inside baseboards. 

     GERMAN ROACHES (Small Roaches)

     This consists of emptying all contents of the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom cabinets.  We saturate the cabinets and use a crack and crevice chemical to get at the varmints.  We also use a growth inhibitor.  These are the ones that are harder to control compared to all other pests. 

       SPIDERS

     With these we will spray around the outside of the dwelling and the inside around the baseboards will also need to be sprayed.  Sometimes we will need to spray the attic also.

     WASPS

     These are usually found in different areas around the dwelling and most of the time only require spraying around the outside depending on where they are found.

     BEETLES

     There are many different types of beetles which require different approaches.  Please call.

     BEES

     There are also many types of bees out there.  The most common of these around this area are the honey bees.  I ask that I be used as a last resort when it comes to controlling these due to their contributions to the environment.   

      ANTS

     We offer the six month solution on ants.  This job consists of spraying around the base of the dwelling every six months.
